We had an amazing Ladies Retreat at the Oakridge Church Camp in Anadarko, OK. We used Rick Renner's lessons on "Redemption" (a link to the videos) https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLLbGkPFh_RLfro_TX_fNdqjp4nbAgN778&si=V_oEIFRucqTntiVc, in the middle of which we watched the movie in the big chapel of "The Passion of the Christ" (it is available on Prime Video) which tells of the last several hours of Christ's life and the price He paid for our redemption. We finished up on Sunday morning by sharing in communion of "The Lord's Supper," and using our imaginations to try to envision what the Lord may have in store for our lives as His redeemed children.
Next year's retreat will begin the evening of October 24th, and end at noon on the 27th, 2024! We would love for you to make plans to join us.
